ICICI Bank — No OTP sent for MasterCard online transactions | |
I have an ICICI Bank Coral MasterCard XXXX XXXX XXXX 1003 for several years. The card is in good standing as I generally pay in full every month. But recently I cannot use it for any online transactions esp. at night. No OTP is sent to my properly registered mobile no 87xxx 1xxx1. I am tried on complaining over phone. Please rectify your mistakes so that I can use the credit card for online transactions. Do it quickly. Was this information helpful? | |
