ICICI Bank — no response against my mail dtd 02.08.2017

I need assistance for encashment of 8% goi bonds issued in 2003 and which have already become matured on 2009.
As per suggestion of your chowringhee road branch i have mailed all details on 02.08.2017 in your mail id [protected]@icicibank.com but not got any response till today. Kindly suggest me what I have to do for early encashment of these bonds
