ICICI Bank — No solution for check book request query

Sir,
i have reimbursement account in icici rajapark branc. it's[protected]. i am trying to request for check book for the same account. for this i called to icici help desk (saving/current department) but they both give improper response. & in last no solution given by them. i already visit rajapark branch for the request check book for my reimbursement account but they give me complain no. SR[protected] registered against check book request not done by system.
so plz give me proper solution how i can get check book for my reimbursement account.
