Hi, My name is mahavir and i had applied for icici credit card on 19th of march, and submitted the documents online as well as physical copies to the representative in about next 2 days but since then, it has been more than a month but there had been no update in the status (Shows - documents collection in process) nor any of the responsible person is providing a satisfactory answer.
