ICICI Bank — noc for bike loan

I had purchased my two wheeler motorcycle (Wb-54-d-0974) in 2006. I had taken vehicle loan from icici bank durgapur, benachiti branch, west bengal. I have cleared all the emis. Currently i am not able to find the loan clearance & noc letter from icici bank. Also i do not have details of my loan account.
