ICICI Bank — non acceptance of cheque by salunke vihar branch | |||
I took a cheque personally to your br. For depositing in ac no.[protected]. The cheque was for 4 lakhs and was to pay the premium for icicipru policy n0.21435880. The time and date of my visit was : 03/04/2020 :1130 hrs. The lady on the counter refused to accept the cheque and stated that i should do the transaction on line. I came back disappointed since the lady did not give me time to talk to her as well. I went to deposit the cheque for my son who is in the merchant navy and on board his ship on the high seas iam a senior citizen above seventy years of age. The payment of delay of the premium is entirely due to your staff. Please have the said cheque collected from my residence so that the premium could be paid. Was this information helpful? | |||
