[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Non issue of credit card | |||
Dear sir, On dated 23.01.2016i had applied for icici bank credit card alongwith all requisite documents as called for through telephone no.[protected] along with my collegue mr. J k singh. On dated 01.03.2016 while querying for status of the credit card on that very particular mobile number, i was informed to submit my pay slip for the month of january' 2016. Thereafter, i immediately provide the same. I was informed that my application is in process i will get the credit card within 10 days. After 10 days mr. J k singh, has got his credit card but i didn't. Thereafter i called several times to the above said telephone no, but no couldn't get any response till date. Sir, you are requested to please look into the matter and please inform me whether i will be able to get the credit card or not. In this connection, it is pertinent to mention here that i am a sub inspector in cisf and my collegue in an assistant sub inspector in cisf too. With regards, S rakshit. 17.03.2016.
