I had booked flight on 25.04.2021 and an amount of Rs.5889/- was debited from my account for the same. The ticket was canceled and flight cancellation refund amount of Rs.4199 was processed by Go air airlines on 17.05.2021.however, the same is not yet credited on my account till date. On sending reminder emails to ICICI bank and visiting physically, ICICI bank has sent one email a day ago, stating that the amount has been credited to the beneficiary account.
It is to inform you that it is not yet credited till date. The same can be verified by them from the transaction statement for the period from 01/04/2021 to till date. ICICI is not even bothered to verify the credit in my account before sending the email. They need to verify the deposit of money in the account from the transaction statementbefore updating the customers with such emails.
