[Resolved] ICICI Bank — non receipt of checkbook | |||
I got the following message from ICICI bank "Dear Customer, Greetings from ICICI Bank. The Cheque Book for your Account XX1946 has been delivered by Ace Courier Pvt Ltd. on 01-OCT-19 and received by SIGN. " I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE CHECKBOOK. I have contacted the customer care. I was told that as per their record it has been delivered. The courier agency earlier also gave false statement. Request immediate action. Was this information helpful? | |||
