ICICI Bank — Non receipt of cheque book

Hi,

I am customer of icici bank ltd. and had request for a cheque book (ac.[protected] arount 15 june 2016 which had been delivered to wrong branch. now inspite of several follow-up i have still not received the cheque book and feeling helpless.

Please help.
