ICICI Bank — Non receipt of interest & redemption amount

I purchased 3 safety bonds Feb 2002 one with bondholder No.[protected], certificate no.199986, Distinctive no[protected].
and another with bondholder No.[protected], certificate no.224091, Distinctive no.551235.
I have not received any interest or the redemption amount.
Kindly look into the matter & inform the same at the earliest.
