ICICI Bank — Non receipt of Rs. 185800/- back in my account(syndicate bank)

Want ur immediate intervention. Have deposited Rs. 85800/- and Rs.one lac on 15th and 17th of june in icici bank brnch kalamboli, navi mumbai in the account no.[protected], IFSC code ICIC 0002779, PEN no. BEZPA9550H. This account is in the name of Reckon enterprises fraudently operated by some gangs. The amount was deposited through NEFT vide ref.no. P[protected] and ref. no. P[protected] from syndicate bank brach sec.18 noida. The matter has been investigated by crime branch mumbai and cyber cell mumbai. i was informed that the said amount will be credited back in my account within days. It is now more than a month nothing has happened on the plea that account has been kept on hold by the person operating this account. Is the bank so helpless that despite investigation my money is not credited back and why no action is taken against the persons who for all purposes are using this account on fake papers.
