A DEBIT CARD No. mentioned under subject was sent to me on dated 11 Mar 17 vide my saving account No[protected], but the pin number as promised in your letter has not been receipt till today ie 10 April 2017.
In view of the above you are requested to send it immediately on the address mentioned below :-
