[Resolved] ICICI Bank — non-refund of charges levied on my account | |||
Icici sarvodaya nagar branch (Mulund west, mumbai), levied charges on my account. A letter to refund the charges was submitted at the branch on may 18, 2017. Branch representative dinesh gonbare (And branch manager sagar) agreed to refund the charges on my account. Its been more than 60 days the funds are still not refunded. Even after a lodging a complaint in writing at the branch, placing an online service request, emailing senior executives of icici customer care vinayak m. More, mr. Subhendu tripathy and mr. Saurabh singh, the refund is still pending and no action is initiated against the branch. Was this information helpful? | |||
