[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Non refund of excess amount by ICICI credit card

Sir, 09th Aug'2022 was the last date to pay my ICICI credit card bill payment and I have made the bill payment Rs. 26, 539.77 through my SBI netbanking. but the payment declined and amount was deducted from my SBI account. As the payment date was last date I have made another payment from my KOTAK bank netbanking to avoid late fee. but on 11th Aug'2022 I found that my both amount has been credited to my ICICI Credit card account.
I contact with ICICI customer care executive to refund my excess amount. He told me to send bank statement and bank details on customer care mail id and I sent.
But even after sending various email with bank statement and needed information, i have not gotten any positive response. not even any call from ICICI bank regarding the matter.
In every mail reply this was written that - " your excess credit refund request on your ICICI Bank Credit Card XX015 could not be completed. For details, please call our Customer Care."
I have made number of call on customer care number which is a Paid number but still i have not got any positive response. The details of emails and call made by me is as under -

Email conversation details -
12 Aug - ref SR[protected], i sent my bank statement.
16 Aug - again details asked by your mail.
17 Aug - I reply and again sent the asked detail.
18 Aug - you decline the process.
23 Aug - Again generate new request - SR[protected]
24 Aug - Again details asked by your mail.
28 Aug - I reply and again sent account statement and details.
30 Aug - I again sent account statement and details to customer care and
Head service quality.
05 Sep - We are yet to receive your requisite copy of Bank Statement.
05 Sep- I again sent account statement and details to customer care and
Head service quality.
05 Sep - I received mail that "We refer to your e-mail addressed to ICICI
Bank Ltd. We understand your concern.We apologize for the
inconvenience caused.
again on 05 Sep
I received mail that "excess amount refund request on Credit
Card account has been registered vide SR[protected] on 04-SEP-
22. Pls e-mail your bank statement at cstomer.care @ icicibank
.com within 4 wkg days.
06 Sep - I again sent account statement and details to customer care and
Head service quality.

Sir all the above call are paid call and my mobile bill is excess due to these call.
Despite calling so many times, not even a single call has been received from the customer care executive till now.

And thus, a lot of tele conversation and mail i have not yet received any positive response regarding refund of my excess amount which was paid by me to ICICI credit card.

Hence, Request to see in to the matter and please lounge a complain against ICICI credit card department.
