ICICI Bank — non-reversal of void card payment

On 15.07.2018 i have paid an amount of inr 13990/- through my icici bank debit card vide saving bank account number[protected] to amrit traders jagatpuri delhi pos machine against purchasing some domestic items. As the items were returned same time, the payment of amount of inr 13990/- was made void in pos machine. But the amount did not hit in my account yet.
On enquirers the amrit trades replied that the amount was made void in pos machine instantly and this amount has not been credited to their bank. They have given it in writing.
The icici bank is not entertaining my complaint and the above amount hasn’t been reverted to my account yet.
Please help me in getting the cognisance of icici bank into this matter. Void transaction copy is enclosed.
