[Resolved] ICICI Bank — not able to receive otp from icici bank

Hi team, i am not able to receive otp while doing online transactions via icici bank. I own icici debit n credit card both n i m facing this issue only with icici bank while i receive otp. This issue started since yesterday. Earlier i used to receive otp from icici bank. I receive otp while doing transactions from other banks without any issues. I have confirmed that my service provider is not blocking any messages. Icici representative have taken complaint on this but we don't have resolution yet.

I am getting everyday email form icici bank for life Insurance Premium payment reminder. Could you please explain to me what is meaning of reminder.
I know I have to pay my Premium on time. While I have to pay for 2 May 2019.
