I followed all the steps and never be able to login to my account ever since I opened in August 2022.
This is the message I get when I try to login.
Your user ID has been disabled. You can unlock your user ID by generating your password online. Select 'Get Password' option below.
I followed the steps outlined and yet I get the same error. Called customer support multiple times and they were not able to figure out what it was. I have asked them to escalate to their higher ups to get attention to fix this but never happened.
I have also sent screenshots, url with timestamp etc., multiple times but I this standard message.
"We write with reference to your query regarding online banking.
We regret for the inconvenience caused to you. As per our records the mobile number registered as 151xxxxx993.
We regret to inform you that since the Password Generation Facility is in Disabled status, we cannot enable the same on the basis of an e-mail.
We request you to call our 24-hour Customer Care to enable the Password Generation Facility. "
