I'm using ICICI account of xxxxxxxxx75 and I could see my account is frozen
I came to the USA on a H1B visa for work here and whatever the salary I get in the USA I do transfer to an Indian ICICI account( xxxxxxxx75) through the Remitly app.

I'll convert my account to an NRE/NRI account from hereafter for transferring money from the USA to India. Can you please check and unfreeze my account. How to visit Indian branch to resolve this issue

      I have icici bank original tax savings bond with me.it was issued on 03/04/2003 and redemption date is 03/04/2006.The distinctive numbers are from 147684 to 147687of Rs 5000 each.I informed the icici bank through its website [protected]@icicibank.com on 31/12/2022 seeking the fate of those bonds.But so far there was no response.Please resolve the issue.             Ppt/wpp renewal Rs 1899 was deducted from my icici bank account on 21 dec 2022. This amount was withdrawn from my bank account without any prior notice. It is huge amount for me in terms of income. And I humbly request you to return this amount.

              Myself Arpit Srivastava, I have been with icici bank since 2014. This year 2022 Dec & 2023 Jan 97.01/- rs & 728.99/- rs respectively were deducted from my account without any alert message. I am not using any Demat account and the representative didn't inform any charges while opening the account. But still this charges are applied and debited from my account on 30 Dec 2022 & 5 Jan 2023 respectively. DMC/ DP CHGS TILL NOV-22 is shown in the statement. So please make sure to credit the amount which has been debited so far.

                ICICI Money multiplier Bond 1998 redemption process

                Dear Sir,

                my father had invested in ICICI Money multiplier Bond 1998.

                Issue price 4000. Face value 100000. date of maturity is Dec 22
                . Can you tell me what amount shall i redeemed after my redemption date? when the redemption date. Please let me know.

                  I am ICIC bank account holder, on 30th Dec 2022 my account got debited with Rs 442.50 for "CashTxnChgs-Branch-Nov22+GST."

                  I haven't got any intimation or message regarding this deduction. Only when I was checking my account statement I came to know this. Without my knowledge bank has debited the amount which is very much disappointing since I am using this account for more than a decade.

                  I need a proper explanation and I want the amount refund to my account.

                    Don't know why ICICI Bank is not processing the kyc verification. I have read many complaints regarding the same in internet. Please take action and help us to complete the verification.
                    My UAN no.[protected]
                    Bank kyc verification is something important for me and critical.
                    It is going to impact my joining in another company. Please look into my issue as soon as possible.
                    When I go to pf office they say bank will approve and if I go and ask in bank they say we don't have any idea and no one looking at issue.

                      I got message ICICI Bank debited and credited the amount . This was the name mentioned in message EBA*EBA*EQPEA. I don't know who does the transaction.

                        My father purchased a icici money multiplier bond on my name in year 1998 of 4000/-
                        Which redeemed on 5.12.2022
                        But I didn’t receive the full maturity amount of 1, 00, 000/-, I received only 90, 700/-
                        I tried to reach the concerned bodies of the bank regarding this situation but nobody is helping me out, they’re making juggle from department to department, which is not working out
                        Kindly help me in this matter

                              Online Banking - Fraudulent transaction (ADTPSLSIPG) for an amount of Rs51000 withdrawn from my bank account

                              On January 4th, 2023, Rs51000 withdrawn from my bank account and transaction remarks has it as "ADTPSLSIPG". Per ICICI customer service, it is assumed to be auto-debit transaction and I am advised to contact branch manager where I opened my account. Google search on this code "ADTPSLSIPG" several ICICI customers faced this issue and not sure why ICICI bank cannot resolve the issue (prevent fraudulent transactions).
                              Very disappointing!!!...

                                Wrong Fund Transfer Complaint

                                This is in regard to the Online Fund transfer from my Savings A/C No XXXXXXXX299 mistakenly transferred into AXIS bank UPI ID - [protected]@ybl on 23 Nov 2022
                                I reported the transaction immediately and I have been told I get the amount back in 40 Days. I got the SR NO[protected].
                                After 30 days, I contacted again to customer support, and I have been told the Request had been closed as the beneficiary...

                                Myself Mukundha char and my card number ending with 5002. I took loan on my credit card of 8 lakhs in August 2022 with the processing fee of 1%. I have paid the EMI for 3 months on time. In the month of November the loan got foreclosed without my request and all outstanding amounts came in the month of November month billing on 25th of November. I called customer case executive on 28th November and raised complaint. but till now the issue is not resolved.
                                As resolution the bank created new personal loan and they charged 1% again on outstanding principle amounts.
                                Again I called and raised complaint then again charged overlimit charges of 20K on the same. I was not using that card for any purchase only loan transaction was running. As they said they are going to resolve this ticket by 10th December 2022 but they have not resolved they have charged overlimit charges etc. i waited till 13th of December but issue is not resovled. My billing due date is 13th of every month so I paid 22K same amount i used to get every month EMI.

                                Now they are telling 50% waved of the processing fee and over limit charges..
                                The Request number is sr[protected] and they said they will call today but no calls. Even I called today a couple of times, but they have internal issues.

                                The issue is without my request they have closed the loan and they are charging processing fee and overlimit charges.

                                I am getting calls from collection for the payment of outstanding. I have paid the EMI if 22k I used to get every month. but still they are calling and 2nd of Jan 2023 they have deducted 13k from my saving account without my knowledge. can someone help regarding this issue I am very much fed up with this bank. I have been 15 years with ICICI bank but till now I have not faced this issue. they are looting the customer like this.
