i have not taken any type of from icici bank but these record have i have taken loan. i had applied loan from icici bank, but i have not taken loan from icici bank becouse it not suitable for me these given me only few amount but i wanted more money. so, i have denied that loan. i have not taken my documents from icici. i think my documents attached to another loan. so there is some problem, then bank sent recovery agent at my home again...

Mailing you a copy of letter which is e-mailed and posted to head office of ICICI Bank Limitd, in this letter I have mentioned all the facts regarding wrongly calculated fuel cash back, wrongly imposed late payment fees & service tax and wrongly imposed interst charges & service tax.

I am a customer for ICICI Credit card for the past 5 years. Unfortunately, it happend this year to purchase few items for my home. I have been through their rewards policy system as follows:

ICICI BANK and its subsidiaries really are really unethical.

I had applied for ICICI tax saving bonds Jan-2005 for Rs30, 000.00. ICICI Bank did not send me the bonds even after six months. Dear Sir,

I am not saying that you have to revert the interest charges but you need to calculate the interest only on the outstanding as on 18-04-08. The outstanding amount is Rs.18481.16 as on 18-04-08. My concern is you have not charged for the outstanding of Rs.18481.16. If you calculate the interest for Rs.18481.16, the amount will be Rs.582.15 but you have charged triple the value.

I have followed ICICI Bank collection department for many times, but these guys don't know how to talk and don't stick to their words. I was making payment regular on EMI basis, 2-3 times i failed to pay amount, then suddenly they auto debited all my salary from my account and my account balance turned negative -52K. i having a credit card NO Card No : [protected] . On the last statement card shows outstanding balance of Rs. 6391.18. On due date i paid Rs. 4700 as part payment. On the next statement they charged interest on whole amount and the next fresh purchases. They charged or Rs. 277.81. I, arvind kumar mishra, have taken home loan from ICICI BANK LTD, for which I was paying EMI of Rs. 4055/- till the month of July 07. When my ECS for Aug 07 came, the clearing got reversed due to EMI increase Rs. 4501/- with retrospective effect from May 07 onwards. These details I got to know when I called up customer care. I had to pay penalty of Rs. 225/- due to no fault of mine with increase EMI.

I had applied for home property loan which was converted into home loan forcibly by ICICI bank people. The case took 7 months but the loan was not disbursed. I lost almost 50 thousand rupess in phone calls, documents franking and other formalities and lost the property deal too. Fraud debit card transaction through vin/innovative

Date 18-May-2024 fraudulent transaction happened on my icici debit card for the amount of rs.1417.45 in single transactions. Again another Transaction happened on[protected] by VIN/RELIANCE RE for the amount of 3539.30

The most surprising fact was that i didn't lose my debit card or given my card details or internet banking information or 3d secure pin and debit card was with me right when all these transactions was happening.

It is very hard for me to understand that icici bank claims that the cards are secured and embedded with a chip, how is possible for someone to steal money from my account thru online transaction without knowing otp/3d secure pin/atm debit pin along with card expiry date and customer name on the card.

Please take necessary action on this complaint asap, otherwise i will go to the consumer court regarding this issue
