[Resolved] ICICI Bank — not accepting transaction failure | |||
Hi sir, I have done a bill payment in icici pocket bank app using wallet [protected] pay electricity bill for 190 rupees on 20 jul. The transaction failed but amount deducted from my account. I called customer care several times and they are arguing me saying transaction successful. Please see attached screenshot of app. How is transaction successful only for them. From 4 Months ICICI bank charges from my account I have already cantact with bank through email but there is no sufficient answer provided from the bank I would like to show you attachment of email replying from bank.
