ICICI Bank — not clearing cheque at raman branch

Guru nanak cotton g & p factory named account is opened with raman branch (Icic0003978) and we receive payments from this firm. We have to clear our cheque, but your raman branch has no clearing cheque option and we have to go talwandi sabo branch, then why you opened your raman branch. I request, if you can not provide service, then close this branch
