[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — not received fastag

Address:359/55, Faridabad, 121004

I have applied for fastag on icici fastag portal on 26/11/ 2019 having Customer Id is 11611350
But have not received fastag yet in my communication address. Also not able to reach customer care over phone line.
I tried many times this number:[protected] but not able to talk to executives yet as they remains busy always.
Kindly resolve my problem as soon as possible as 15/12/2019 onwards fastag becomes mandatory.
