ICICI Bank — not receiving credit card after 28 days of application

Dear team

Myself rupam halder & my credit card application no-n[protected] & date of application 13/09/2017 & sales executive no is-[protected]. But when checked my application status it show no data found, even when i try to connect my sales executive he told that your card is ready & will provide you with in two to three days since last 10 to 12 days.

Please give my credit card with 2 days or give me back my documents which is i provide during application
