ICICI Bank — Not receiving OTP for more than a month now | |||
I have stopped receiving OTP from ICICI bank when I start a transaction. I received emails saying that OTP has been sent to my registered mobile, but the OPT never came. I have complained many times in last few weeks and every time the call center persons keep saying that OTP has been sent from the bank and it is my mobile service provider who is responsible. I have also contacted my mobile service provider - but they stated that if I am getting all other SMS/alerts - it is the bank who is responsible. The issue is not resolved after multiple follow up.
