Same issue. No OTP/ URN reaching. Constant followup, and the solution given to me is "Call Customer Care" where too, there is no solution

Same problem i m facing. Not receiving any otp or urn..
I m not receiving otp from yesterday. When I approached the customer care, they are asking me to check with mobile operators. But I able receive SMS from my friends.
Actions taken:
1. Mobile restarted several times
2. Checked the blocks number list
3. Deactivated the second sim
4. Tried to install imobile app. Same issue during Mobile verification
It was working fine till thrusday.
Second worse experience with ICICI and again to OTP issue.

This problem seem to happen again. Very often ICICI IT infrastructure is faulty and have functional issues. Now only way to get the OTP is by sending a message to ICICI provided number everytime you do a transaction. Very unfriendly process.
same problem of icici bank otp not being received despite sending complaints for last one month. This is happening both with debit card and credit card. Problem is totally on ICICI end as otp of other Banks like axis is coming. ICICI IT is not able to solve it and only solution seems to be closing account and move on.

Same problem today and offer expired because of the delay in getting OTP... under a loss of 2, 000/-.

What is the use of talking to the manager if my issue is not going to be resolved at all. Please don't waste customer's time.

Still this avail from ICICI, there is no OTP getting, Called many times to icici customer care they are blaming to JIO network, This is not good at all from ICICI. i have emailed them they simply saying there is a issue with service provider. please take an immediate action to fix the issue. This ICICI bank given more chances to hackers.

I am facing issues with the OTP over two weeks and have made international calls to the bank on the customer service number several times. My issue has NOT been resolved yet.
The OTP is not being delivered to my mobile phone here in Saudi Arabia. I have checked with my telecom provider and they have assured there is no problem at their end. I am receiving all other international SMS and from HDFC bank too. It is only from ICICI that I am facing this problem and just to make a transaction, I have to make international calls.
Not just me, my wife too has an account in ICICI and she too is facing the same problem.
Your guys at the bank assured me that they have send internal communications to fix this issue and the bank would call me once done. Its over two weeks now and I am truly disappointed with this service.
WHY CANT YOUR JUST ACTIVATE OTP THROUGH EMAIL, THAT WOULD SAVE US THE DAY AND COST ON CALLING INTERNATIONAL AND IT DOESNT CONNECT IMMEDIATELY EITHER. WE HAVE TO WAIT AND WAIT FOR THE CALL TO GET CONNECTED.
