As this is my salary Account when i opend they by default open demat account and when i called customercare that time they told its free of cost... now they deducted 575 rs from my Account... when i called customer care now they cut my...

I am holding a salary account, i just want to open current account for this account. i have provided all the necessary document one month back, and i have again submitted another copy of the documents one week back. as the person said he has to activate and handle the account to me by yesterday, till now it did not happen and he is not answering my call. this is really very irresponsible behaviour from this bank.

ICICI Executive (Shalini) is calling for CC and asking for documents and after getting all documents, no message no call no verification.

This is the fifth time i have given my documents for ICICI CC and same happened, no message from ICICI yet and no processing of aplication and even not able to fetch the status online with the Application number they have given.

When we make a nre fd, icici bank shows in their website (Under deposits- view statement) the list of the date of payment of interest for the duration of the fd, and the corresponding amount of interest. Sir i wish to take rs.12500/- on my icici bank atm solapur. i have used 3 times other bank atms and 3 times my own bank (icici) atms before this transaction of this month. i went to icici bank atm solapur navi peth, first i tried to take total amount of rs. 12500/- on 29.06.16 at icici bank atm where hold my account. first time they displayed only 100/- rupees note so i took only 3500/- first and then went to other icici bank atm near mahanagarpalika...

I am using ICICI card,
In June-16 my oustanding amount was Rs. 17700 & i made payment of Rs. 17500 & on that less payment of Rs. 200 bank has charged an interest amount of Rs. 821.
I am using other bank credit card also & they dont levy that much of interest of minimum less payment.
Policies & procedures are same for all the bank. After that ICICI bank charges interest but other banks do not charge amount like this.br...

I received my statement of my card & i was shocked to know that i had been charged late payment fees & interest.Inspite of paying the cheque on due date i. E 15th june i called on your helpline he replied that you realised the chq on 20th so charges are levied, if you not collect the chq from drop box your icici atm at yogi nagar borivali then it is not my fault that you realise it on 20th or 25th, so you have to revise my bill immediately...

I owe a icici bank credit card"[protected]" which is worst in the credit card industry. i have this as a free card and i owe it from 2012. till now there were not any charges but now i have received rs.99 as annual fee debited to my account plus service tax which is unacceptable. no easier way to contact icici phone banking or any other officer.cce does nt entertain the customers and are hopelessly rowdy.
