Pammal Branch Is Useless

i got a message to update my KYC norms so i dropped in to local ICICI BRANCH PAMMAL branch with my originals and xerox copy.

A pregnant staff with out uniform was not accepting my id proof and she told me to go and do it urself in online.

I was shocked seeing her reaction, she is treating us like a beggar.I disturbed her when she was talking to male staff.May be she got angry that i disturbed her romance with him.

This is a Bad service and it will spoil ICICI BANK name.

Now i dont know how to submit my KYC.

    Request to refund the deducted amount for demat

    On 11th aug i found my account has been deducted of 400 rupees for) dp chgs till jun-16) i checked in gogogle and found its for my demat a/c.
    But when i created that account, i checked with the icici operator and they said it will be a one time deduction of 250 rupees and after a year i found it got deducted of 400 rupees. it can never be appreciable. i want it to be refunded asap. my account number is[protected]akshay kumar dash)...

    Dear concern,

    I have made the payment for my hdfc credit card no - ([protected]) having amount 69000/- on the day of 3rd august'16 which is my card's last due date...

    And the second incident happened on the day of 5th august 2016 it's being made the payment for citi bank credit card no - [protected] having amount 70, 000/-.

    I have received a call from hdfc bank telling that my credit card payment has not been received till now, i was shocked and start to come to know...
    I called to icici customer care on 11th aug'16 telling that this payment has been made accordingly but i requested to check the credit card number after checking, i came to know, the payment has been transferred to my another registered sbi card no-[protected]..
    After seeing this picture i checked to my another payment which has been made on 5th aug'16 amount 70000/- to my registered citi bank credit card no-...3234.
    I am again shocked that this payment also made to another card which had to made for [protected] but transferred to my sbi card [protected] while it's payment has been made already..

    Then i think perhaps it's my mistake to choose/select the card number but it can not be happened as i kept on doing by net banking from too long.

    I checked and did a experiment by making a another payment only 100/- (for check only). it was done on 11th aug'16, it was made for my standard charted card no - 6888 (last four digit) but it's also transferred to my another card which is hdfc...8411 (last four digit)

    Today i have talked to your cce in the morning and told him to whole story.
    But your cce not considering the bank mistake...
    Then i told him that i will mail to your authorities with all proofs that it's blunder mistake done by your system.
    I have made a rs.100/- payment to my stand c card no 6888. (*last four digit) but again it's transferred to my another card which is hdfc no 8411 (*last four digit).
    I have done a experiment again, this it has been for icic credit card but again transferred to another credit card...

    You can check it's by attached video recordings...
    It has been video recorded pls check and compensate the 500000/- inr as i have made the my all payment under the time line due to this blunder my bank reputation or record has been effected or spoiled.
    I could not make even min payment for both bank only just because of your system.
    I kept on using your net banking from too long more over you can check my record there is no cheq bouncing since of starting my account...

    Second thing i always kept on making payment on time from 1st to 8th for every month.
    Even i am your credit card customer too where it's payment also been made before the time line always.

    So pls look into the matter and compensate the amount for my mentally harassment and got down my image and relation for hdfc and city bank...

    My claim is very much right and i hope you will not to force me to go for rbi or any legal action...

    Regret to say that i have to go to consumer forum or concern authorities to be claim and settled my issue...
    Pls find the video recording for today's transaction which shown the bank mistake...

      Hi,

      Please find the attachment of the statement of beneficiary's account from 10th june 2016 to 10th august 2016.

      This is regarding a transaction i made from my icicibank account to my pnb account.
      On 5th of july 2016, i made a transaction of rs 9000 from my icicibank account to my pnb account.in this transaction the amount got deducted from my icicibank account but it neither got credited in my pnb account nor credited back in my icicibank account.
      I contacted both the banks got statement from pnb that there is no amount credited on 5th of july or even after with same transaction id.

      Kindly, check the issue and help me getting back the amount of rs 9000 in my icicibank account with following details:

        I have submitted my ward's fee payment of da-iict registration fee through easypay-icici bank for the registration for autumn semester by neft of s. b. i. civil sectt. lucknow branch (sbin[protected]) on 20/07/2016 in a/c no. icl[protected]ifsc code-icic0000103) but their bank failed to comply the commitment without assigning any reason and tell the da-iict institute on 11/08/2016 that the fee of registration is refunded. they breached all banking rule & regulation and also it-act of banking. it damaged my reputation & to mental agony to my ward shashwat mishra who is a student.in repair to the above i want rs 100000/- as a damage & icici bank also debarred from all fee paying activity.

          We were not using ICICI bank for a while because we were out of country for a while, and we recently deposited some cash to start using account again, we were hit by 8000 rupees in MAB charges. This is ridiculous not sure what government and RBI are doing for its citizens.

          I decided not to use private banks again, I will just stick to SBI Bank. SBI never charges these useless fees and 8000 is simply out of league, wow!!!

            Please cancel my Auto Debit Payment facility with immediate effect. My Credit Card Details are as under:

            NAME ON CARD-SHYAM SHARMA

            The Bank is deducting my Savings without my consent, i had already cancelled the Auto Debit Online in July-2016. But still my Bank Account is debited again & again. I can not deposit any amount in my Account. My Home Loan EMI is due on 15th August, 2016 but i am afraid that i i will deposit any funds in my account the Credit Card Auto Debit will immediately deduct all my funds.

            Please cancel the Auto Debit with immediate effect.

                Worst banking service provided Karaikudi icici branch .in my account 5500 rupees without informing me my amount completely debited .3 month before manager venkat said to me it s our mistake I Will reverse all your money back regarding this pls contact Rajesh.rajeah assured to me next Wenesday this process will be completed.but so many time visit ur bank he didn't response properly .i wait almost 1and half hour he response same answer definitely next Wenesday it will be credited your account.he said same answer several time . Totally worst irresponsible answer given by manager venkat and Rajesh .finallly I decided to close my account for this reason I went to 8 times to yours bank icici, still not yet close my account becaz he said reason yours fd is under lein for locker we need to get approval to release the lien we need two days time to release that lien .after two days I go and ask him he said I need one week time next Friday that means 12/8/2016. Friday I went to the bank no one response me I waiting for an one hour above . I only call him and ask about this then he said sorry sir someone reject that approval .totally I lose 5500 and my fd 13200 no one response properly account closing is also too difficult in icici .worst banking service is going on Karaikudi Branch. Finally I meet one other person his name John Satheesh Kumar cluster Branch manager he give assured and give his no [protected], I reverse all your money with in 18/8/2016.he also want one week time, on that day also I didn't get solution .i give a legal notice to ur bank

                  Please take my compliant regarding your credit card selling team, they have called to offer credit card and convinced me by offering free gifts and other benefits and recover all docs saying that this bank is giving free credit card for life time but have not issued any card even after one month of my paper submission. They took away my other bank details i.e. bank statement. Also they are very rude and have no sense of talking to a person. Please take my complaint else, I will take it further as I have been an employee of HR in ICICI bank lodhi road.

                    Sub:complaint of customer care personal of credit card

                    I had received a call from ms. Sneha jadhav from the telephone no.[protected]. The call was from icici bank branch at 167/c, dr ambedkar road, dadar east, mumbai - 400014, poonawadi, dadar tt.

                    I had told that them i do not require the credit card but the personal wanted to provide me information in respect of the card and lastly when i said i not looking forward to receive the card. The personal has used abusive language, which is not acceptable from such a reputed bank.

                    I need the bank to take strict action on the personal and would request to inform me and provide an apology letter from the bank in respect of such a behaviour.

                      Hi my name is chethan das a j, i have submitted all my documents on 27 july 2016 to open salary account. but till now account is not activated. my account number which is in welcome kit is "[protected]". already my salary is credited to non activated account.

                      Will it be credited after my salary account is activate.


                      How many days will it take to activate the account.


                      I have escalated upto three level in icici bank website but no one responded and take initiate for that query

                      If account be activated please reverse the transaction. please dont play with the customer account and money.

                          Icici claims to have a good multilevel security in form of id password grid number n as per me best is otp. For my shock ..yes shock as per icici customer care otp is not important beware.
                          2 weeks back my wdife had a online transaction of certain amount to a person, on first attempt no otp generated n msg displayed as error she tried again as no botp generated so she was confident for no transaction but again no otp n error msg so she tried again n this time received otp but again error msg as this time otp received so she checked balance n for our shock all 3 transaction are deducted from balance. We contacted customer care n as per them system was down but they assure our money will be refunded to our account. Next day we forwared level one complain but no response on mail. Next day level 2 complain n received a reply by Mr sindhu that all transactions are in void status n we will get back money. But for our surprise my wife received a call from icici cc n as per them it is possible that without otp transactions can take place in icici n we have to contact 3td party to get back our money.
                          My point is.
                          1. If otp not necessary for transaction why to send it, to give false hope of added security.
                          2. I have records of mail and otp but RBI needs 30 days time to lodge a complain, why so .. My money is not important.
                          3.very interesting fact, try on your mobile, i[censored] login to ur bank account not on app, Google ask to remember passeord, and as best of my knowledge non of bank password is saved by Google even i[censored] opt to save as its a security measure by banks at least by satandardcharted and SBI bank which I m using. But again a poor show by icici, Google will save icici id n password both n would not require a otp for transaction.
                          4. In elaboration of last point, example... My wife keep my mobile n card in same purse, as most of ladies, so if some one stole her purse n get access to mobile, he just need to login to icici site n Google provide them id n password n grid number on card. So total loss.

                            Please refer to my complaint posted on 5/8/2016 on the above subject. pl. let me know the action taken in this reg. if nothing is heard from bank side i will take up the matter with PMO greviance cell. Pl. let me know the status of my complaint. iam repeating the contents of my previous complaint. I deposited Rs. 85800/ and Rs one lac on 15th and 17/6/2016 through NEFT from my syndicate bank account branch noida to ICICI Bank branch kalamboli, navi mumbai in the account no.[protected], IFSC code ICIC0002779, PEN BEZPA9550H. The receipt no is P[protected]and P[protected]. This account no. is in the name Reckon enterprises. I had taken up the matter with Crime branch mumbai who investigated the matter and directed bank authorities to credit this amount back in my account. Its now morwe than two months no action has been taken so far. For all purpose this account is being operated by fraudesters and instead of blacklisting this account it seems these fraudesters are being shielded by the said branch. The case needs to be investigated by fraud cell of the bank. I request once again to credit my hard earned money back to my account at the earliest or else i will be forced to take up the matter with PMO Greviance cell. Hope early response

                                Few days ago, i had viewed my account statement & got very shocked after coming to know that, your bank had made the unfair deductions on three times on 06 aug-2016 for the amounts of rs. 250/- rs.250/- & rs.235/- respectively that too on three separate transactions for three transactions of incoming cash deposits made by my son imad khan parvez at an icici branch in bangalore, k. S.

                                As these deductions are highly unfair & unjustified, hence the same should be corrected by refunding it in my same bank account at the earliest.

                                So please take the necessary action & intimate me with your feedback a. S. A. P

                                  I have a fd account (account number[protected] and every quarter, interest of rs.2734/- gets credited in my account. on 7th june 2016 interest got credited, as usual, but of less amount (rs.2660/-).

                                  I have informed the bank and they promised that the issue will be fixed in 4 working days. its been more than 2 months now and the issue is still unresolved.

                                  Please tell me what to do...

                                  Its been more than 7 working days, but still my issue is unresolved...5 working days were promised by ICICI, over the phone...But it seems they are making false promises these days...

                                  Earlier also they promised 4 working days...Its a pity that in total its been more than 2 and a half months and a single problem couldn't be solved...

                                  Me and my family, all have accounts in ICICI for last 12 -13 years...They were always prompt to resolve every issue...But now it seems ICICI is becoming some kind of chit fund...

                                  Expecting ICICI Bank to take the matter more seriously...

                                    Dear sir,
                                    This is darshan singh yadav was having icici bank credit card in the year 2016. Card no : [protected].

                                    There was a credit total outstanding of 31000. Premium amount in this card when i stopped using this card is 25000. At this amount i was request for make emi on my whole amount, they take the 1000 cheque book and disappear (Not picking the call and no response) in between this time my bill running to the 31000. I have not paid and the case transferred to cibil.

                                    I am not getting any proper resolution from the icici bank since last 3 month and they blocked my account too and i mailed the icici bank too many times for settlement but still not getting any resolution and they increasing my credit card bill frequently.

                                    Sir please do the needful as the earliest because they blocked my account that why i am suffering with lots of problem.

                                      I have got rs. 100 against the request for rs. 2100 at icici bank atm (Atm id - sacw9659). So for the rs. 2000 less received, i searched for the security guard for 15 minutes, while calling icici customer care and raise a complaint for this.

                                      My complaint got lodged however no security guard was seen around. The atm was adjoining some really doubtful surroundings like a video parlour, lottery shop, barber shop and what not. Really surprised for not finding the guard around to whom i can get the immediate help for this withdrawal dispute.

                                      The complaint was booked, and i was expecting that the remaining rs.2000 will be reversed back to my account which never got withdrawn with that transaction. To my surprise, i got the sms after 2 days that "dear customer, we are unable to reverse the partial disputed amount of inr 2000 to account xxxx as it has been paid completely as per our records.

                                      I have escalated this issue again to icici bank with a fresh request and also visited the nearest branch to register the complaint and understand the path forward, as i am feeling cheated with my pending rs. 2000.

                                      It has been time that customers in india got accustomed to atm usage, and if such issues are carried out with such a solution then people will loose the trust in the atms as well as a bank in specific.

                                      I am looking forward to get my hard earned rs. 2000 back. And hoping that icici bank will have the thorough check on the atm machine, the cash inside the machine, the cctv footage, and also will check whether the atm is rigged by some cash fillers or security guards.

                                      The relationship manager asked to visit the home branch and register a complaint on paper to branch manager. I went to the home branch utilizing my personal time on the weekend and met the deputy branch manager Ms Anindita Das.

                                      First I waited for some 10-15 minutes before she arrived then instead of listening to complaint she kept on telling that I might not get back my money. She also had a rude tone when I tried to complaint in Hindi.

                                      On asking how to fill the complaint on paper as suggested by Ms Trapti Malvi (Rela. Manager), the DBM said there is no need to visit the branch.

                                      Totally disintegrated approach.

                                      Expecting to get back my money at the earliest.
                                      I have already raised 2 SRs till now, went to nearest branch to register a hand written complaint to the DBM, telephonic talk with the relationship manager, and finally an email mentioned above.

                                      Expecting to get back my Rs. 2000 soon now.
