I am unable to receive the otp on my registered mobile number. I however receive the email regarding otp generation but no message.
Icici customer care suggested me to talk to the network provider, which i did and they mentioned that everything is working correct at their end. Also i am receiving messages from other sources. When i perform fund transfer to an already added payee, the message for debit is received by me. It is only the problem with respect to otp. Also i am really surprised how can this be a problem of the service provider??
Numerous calls and emails calls to the customer care are really frustating as they have no answer and even no clue what to do next. Nowadays they are even denying to take the complaint saying we are generating otp. Whom should i contact if i am not receiving the otp??
I have been associated with icici for 10 long years now and was always very satisfied with the customer service provided. This time its really annoying. Since all operations are through online banking and all transactions need the otp it seems i am unable to perform any transaction. What is the use of online banking in this case???
I want to escalate this matter as i find the customer service really inefficient and unable to understand or even log a complaint in the system as per customer grievance. Was this information helpful? |
