I am sachin.
I have complained about icici bank.
As i have gone through my transactions i came to know that the charges of rs. 206.50 got deducted from my account as the statement says dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till m apr-20 on april 28, 2020 and the same is escalated last week.

I have neither subscribed nor use any demat account till now.

    Unauthorised deduction of rs 1899.00 on dt 15.06.2020 mentioning : iin/i-debit/si oneast /[protected]/016.

    This is totally unauthorised and comes under fraud.

    Pl refund immediately.

    Complaint still pending. After complaint, one ohone call received asking Card No, CVV, PIN etc. This is again one type of Fraud.
    ICICI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    How employees of ICICI Bank is doing such type of Fraud.

          My icici account was debited rs. 1899/- on 15 june 2020 with transaction remark as
          Iin/i-debit/si oneast /[protected]/0#/

          Please resolve the issue and get me my money back. Without my permission how can you deduct money from me?
          This is the worst behavior.

          Please deactivate the one east plan and refund my money back.
          If not i will close my account.

            Hi,
            Recently i have received message from team one assist icici bank saying that

            "hi customer, your walletassist plan will be renewed for another year. Membership fees of rs 1899 will be charged on your icici bank account as applicable - team oneassist"

            And today the amount 1899 has benn deducted from my account

            I don't even know when this got activated, and i think this people might have deducted same amount even last year also without my notice.
            I request the one assist team to deactivate this immediately and refund my amount asap

            Recently i have received message from team one assist icici bank saying that

                  I have got message that txn of inr 1, 899.00 done on account xxxxx on 15-jun-20. Info: iin*i-debit*si.

                  What it means?
                  I have not made any above transaction and still my amount has been deducted fraudulently without my permission... Its a very arrogant and unhealthy behavior
                  Please resolve this issue asap and credit my money back. Otherwise i have to take strong action.

                    My loan LPHYDxxxxxx1782 payment is completed as I made extra payment, still icici is charging extra emi to me instead of crediting back extra amount.

                    Since last 2 months I am calling icici customer care and other than ivr no one picks the phone to listen my complain.

                            Hi customer care team,

                            Loan account # - lpmum[protected]

                            While i had opted for emi moratorium and there wasn't any deduction of emi on 05th april 2020 & 05th may 2020 (Please note - i have the recordings and proof of emi moratorium applied with icici bank)

                            1) why is my personal loan account suddenly lien to my bank account?
                            2) what made lien team to link and debit the emi and charge me bounce charges + gst under emi moratorium active stage?
                            3) isn't it an offence to debit/lien account inspite customer have opted for emi moratorium?
                            4) why am i charged bounce charges rs 400/- + gst?
                            5) my cibil score will also get affected because of such an act. Who is responsible for this mess?

                            I want a quick complete solution, reverse the amount from the account, remove lien and ensure there is no impact in cibil.

                            This is a serious offence. I have all recorded proof of emi moratorium applied.

                            I shall take this matter further along with all proof or may be even to rbi ombudsman if i don't get a proper response from you.

                                  I am constantly receiving mails from icici about a credit card which i do not own currently. I had a credit card with icici some time back but had closed it long time back.

                                  Now i am being asked to pay inr 1769.14 without me ever giving any application to icici to give me or even re-issue my old credit card. If i never signed on an application form/document asking for the card and when i have clearly closed my account as well as credit card with credit card (Which i previously owned) i would like to know how this credit card got under my name without me signing off any forms/documents in the first place.

                                  What is more is i am being asked to pay inr 1769.14 without me receiving any document/physical card from icici in the recent times. I do not have any active bank account or credit card with icici and i never requested icici to give me a card in the recent times. After closure of my services with icici, we have not been in touch through any channel or medium through which i had requested to re-issue/issue a credit card in recent times.

                                  Moreover the steps mentioned in the email to get in touch with customer care is utter rubbish since it is not at all according to how their ivr actually functions. I have dropped a complaint at www.icicibank.com but have not received any response yet. My email id is dev. [protected]@gmail.com and my contact number is [protected]. Please get this sorted since not even receiving a cedit card when i never asked for it and getting a charge inr 1769.14 is not acceptable and it's responsibility will not be borne by me.
