I have opened the nps account from enps website and kyc verification is sent to icici bank since my salary account is linked to it. Its been long time and still kyc is not verified. I visited multiple branches and also called customer care servcies. Nobody knows how to approve this. When i called nps customer care they told me to contact headoffice. None of the icici represetatives will be able to provide the headoffice number.
