[Resolved] ICICI Bank — nri customer with nre account | |||
I am unable to get otp or urn sms on my mobile for doing fund transfer, I have called customer care numerous times but still the issue is not resolved. My mobile number is registered with icici and also verified by customer care which is same as what i had always used. I do get sms notification when i am withdrawing amount from atm, problems seems to be only with otp or urn sms. I have checked with my mobile telecom service provider, as per them they Don't have any blocked messages or filtered messages, there is no issue from their side. I tried to add payee for neft, rtgs or imps with ifsc code transfer but could not do it as i am unable to receive any urn sms to my mobile. I tried to add a receiver in money2world portal, but there also i am stuck because of no otp sms to my mobile. I am really in desperate need of fund transfer and frustrated that the problem still remains unsolved by icici team. Was this information helpful? | |||
