[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — nri funds on hold

I have received a fund transfer from us to india for a remote service provided.
The funds once received in india was kept on hold for 2 days in spite of sending the proof and purpose of transfers. I complained more than 4 times and they simply say, we will get back and even the supervisor and manager could give me an eta. (Sr[protected]
I guess they are just playing with dollar rate with my money.

I still haven't received my funds.

I strongly recommend not to use icici for any of your nri transaction needs.
