Hi, I think we need to talk about what is going on here. I don't know what exactly any of you have done, if anything, since my original email on Monday 28/12. I am providing all of YOU with the information that I found on your website (which you have just copied to me below in your email) and you do not have a clue how to respond. Why have you just sent me exactly the same information I have sent you in my email dated 01/01/2016? I want to know how to obtain a Priority Pass or gain access to the Doha (Qatar) Airport Lounge either via an ICICI account (e.g. Premia) or via an ICICI Debit/Credit card. Is this request that difficult to understand? Please arrange for someone knowledgeable to call me first thing on Monday or earlier to advise me what can be done and if there is even any time left to do it before I leave Tripunithura on 11/01. [In addition, I want to know about the Insurance policy mentioned below]. I really do not know how ICICI has placed the current staff in its Tripunithura, Kerala branch if they are not knowledgeable about ICICI products or cannot even arrange for someone who does know something to help one of its customers. I thought at least one out of the three of you would have some notion of customer service...I have copied in as many previous ICICI staff members that I have had contact with in the past in the hope that at least one of them can address my questions below and correct the sorry mess that you lot have made over the past week.
