    HI, I have withdrawn some amount from ICICI atm and deposited to SRO at vadodara... they deposited in SBI main branch vadodara... then they claimed fake note and scrapped that note... had to pay 1000 rs extra and case registered seperate... Need justifiction, apology and 1000 rs cashback immediately.

        On 28th Nov 2015, I have done an IMPS transaction around 20, 000 to some of my brother's friend through ICICI Imobile aplication. That amount got debited from my account and credited to beneficiary. Thanks, That's fine. But on On 29th Nov 2015, I never logged in my I mobile application, again 20, 000 got transfered from my account with out my knowledge. ( that's not a standing instruction ) Due to the Bug application of ICICI Bank Mobile application the transaction happed. I complaint to ICICI customer care and closed my card to investicate the transaction. ICICI raised a complaint and closed the complaint with out intimation. By the time I ased the ICICI bank to provide the Login history for the specifi date 28 & 29 th Nov 2015 but they are not ready to provide the histroy Since they Identified the Issue. I called them several time for the status, they are not take care about my Money. I suffered, suffering a lot to get back the Money, and credit card bill is increasing stilllll, The Complaint Number is SR[protected] My Account No Is :[protected] My Contact No:[protected] email : [protected]@gmail.com Even If the ICICI bank is India's No.1 in customer service, I don't want to continue with them.

          Sir my account is debited 400.75 rs on 24 Dec 15. After calling to customer care he told me that your ems charges debited for not maintaining minimum amount in account. My sis of SBI is to be debited from account on 10 of Dec. I maintained minimum balance more than till amount till 23 Dec.I withdraw amount on 23 Dec and bank debited on 24 Dec whereas my sip is to be debited on 10 Dec. Is bank is waiting for my transactions of 23 Dec that I withdraw amount and it will penalty to me of amount 400 . my sip is not denied for not sufficient balance then why 400 rs debited from my account. Please do needful for my refund otherwise I have to knock the door of consumer court. Thanking you

            I'm Pramod and I am using ICICI Bank Debit card since last 1 year. Six months back my Debit card 3d Secure pin blocked during the online shopping. The procedure to unblock the pin is worst. Please make it simpler so that everyone can easily unblock their cards. Even I filed complaint but it is closed without any information. Request you to kindly help me. Contact Number - or . Mail: [protected]@gmail.com
            The person who is called from this [protected] number asked everything about my other bank details including ATM pin and 3d secure pin. I refused to give the details for that he blocked my other bank account. I'll definitely file police case against that guy who spoken with me over phone and ICICI.

              Hi, I m from Ahmedabad, This incident happened to us today on 30.12.2015, the recovery agent Mr. Raju Having contact no [protected], contacted us. he threatened us and used bad language to family members also, he threatened us to pay EMI immediately else he will sit at our home for the day.. we have requested him that we will pay 2 EMI combined, but he neglated it and forced to pay the amount today it self.. He has sent his officer to at our home in night @ 11 pm for collection.. I Want strict action against this person..

                Dear Sir/Madam,

                I am a resident of Hyderabad. In the month of April 2015 I received a call from the numbers given below saying that they are from ICICI bank and providing OD Loan against Insurance. I was in need of money urgently and hence I believed them. This loan was against security for which they said I need to take Bajaj Allianz Insurance of Premium Rs.40000/- Per year (Life Long Assured Plan). They sent an agent of Bajaj Allianz to my Secunderabad Office to collect my documents and cheque of Rs.40000/-. In the May 2015 I received the policy documents of Bajaj Allianz. I repeatedly called them after that and they were fooling me saying that I will receive the Kit of ICICI bank and I can use the loan amount. They stopped responding and when I threatened to lodge and FIR with police they called me back and requested me to wait for some more time. Then I sent a mail to ICICI bank and they confirmed that these people are not from ICICI bank and suggested me to lodge a complaint with Police.

                As lodging an FIR will unnecessarily waste my time and drag me into further legal issues.

                  I have a Demat account in ICICI bank for more than 2 years now. When I checked my bank transactions and I found that there is one debit transaction '55240578 DP CHGS TILL NOV-15'---- INR 687.00'. When I created the Demat account, I was not told about the DP charges, it was told me by the ICICI representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also I did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with ICICI.                       Sir on 27/Dec/2015 I purchased a led tv which was of 62000 rs (as per invoice) and I made a payment by creditcards so the merchant charged rs 1500 extra (2.35% of 62000) as swiping charges or rental fees of edp machine which is to be bear by the merchant and as per RBI guidelines and his agreement with bank the merchant can not charge any extra cost beyond invoice billing amount but he took 2.35% charges extra from us. So invoice is of rs 62000 and transaction receipts are of 63500. And the concerned ICICI BANK (to whom cards belong) is not filing "charge back" for raising dispute and AXIS BANK (to whom merchant belongs) is also said that matter can be resolved if ICICI BANK raise a chargeback and I can show this mail of axis bank but icici bank is showing no interest in resolving this inspite of giving proofs to them against merchant. I didn't expected such carelessness from ICICI BANK. Merchant name- TANYA ELECTRONICS, MEERUT

                        ICICI Bank deducted 572 RS from my savings account stated "00165721 DP CHGS TILL NOV-15". They are deducting from last 3 years. When I created the Demat account, I was not told about the DP charges, it was told me by the ICICI representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also I did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with ICICI. Recently, I observed even though I paid the credit card bill through click to pay option via net banking, before due date, I am getting remainders for payment. For instance, the bill dated 14-12-15 for Rs. 403.03, was paid on 24-12-15 through click to pay option via net banking.                               ICICI Bank — MAB charges


                              This is Abhishek Chouhan, holding an ICICI saving b/a :[protected] at usha nagar indore branch . My complaint is related to the minimum account balance charges, that bank has debited from my account without even notifying there policy changes, if any. I get quarterly statements but I have never got any information about the policy changes. I think ICICI bank is not even following the guidelines mentioned by RBI.

                              they deduct 4000/- inr and i want return my amount
                              It is extremely disheartening that Bank is just debiting hefty amount from their customer's hard earned money, without any intimation through phone or statement or any way.

                              Who has given right to them to debit the amount without any notice or intimation to the customer? How one can be updated with the hidden rules modification.?

                                I have applied ICICI Car Loan which got sanctioned at13% for 2000000 and i completed the entire documentation process of signing and issued blank cheques. As i got sanctioned from another bank for lower rate of interest i asked them to stop the process and not to disburse the funds to me and i took loan in another bank. After 5 months i find the manager of icici used my signatures and disbursed the sanctioned funds to a DSA of ICICI who was his friend and he was paying emi on my behalf by way of demand draft so that i should not know. Suddenly once the ecs hit my account and only then i came to know In Such case if two employees of ICICI bank can do anything. They can misuse the documents signed by you to any extent. They dont give you filled up copies of signed by you. They can use your cheques for their personal use. They also threatened me that they may use my cheque for 2crores if i raise this issue to bank. heights of fradulent act by ICICI bank who charges the customer for faults by their employees saying we are helpless as we will claim from you as you completed the documentation. The amount was disbursed neither to me, nor the owner. The best thing is it was used car and already the previous owner had a loan with ICICI bank for 1750000 and instead of closing that loan they transferred the funds to their own employee and cliam from me.

                                  Hi, I started around 6 FD with ICICI bank as a auto-renew FDs, initially the FDs did got renewed. But I just check my account and for some reason they stopped the renewal of my FD without any official notice to me or any update as why they are doing it. Today I called ICICI bank and there response was, yes your FD are auto-renewal but they did not got renewed, i.e we can give you our basic savings interest on those FDS. This complete process would cause me loss of over 50, 000 RS which is a big amount.

                                    I am Harisha j am a ex employee of ICICI BANK and my emp id 276095 i left ICICI on 31st Aug . Still now I havent received any experience or releiving letter from ICICI Bank. They are promising me to send asap but its been three months and I havent received anything from them. I am attaching mu email follw ups with them. Its been very traumatising because i am unable to aplly else where because of this unavailabilty of experience letter. Kindly help me out

                                      What is ANW charges deduction.Is it crime to deposit money in ICICI Saving account.IF yes, then I will take care in future. Sir, I have deposited 45, 000 in my saving account and they deducted 258 Rs. 258 Rs is big amount, can they explain what is that amount ?

                                        Hi ICICI, I have paid 10000 rupees through HDFC credit card in HMDA site. amount has deducted but it's not effect in HMDA site . 1 Jan 2016 is last date. Please help.
