[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — one assist plan activated without my permission

Hi,
My name is maruti namdeo patil.

Inr 1899 got deducted from my icici bank account and i received a message saying renewal of one assist plan.
I never opted for it, i never signed on such policy or papers.
What is going on, is this some kind of scam? You activate plans without the permission of customers.
I went to the bank to cancel it they said call the customer care, i called the customer care they said cancel from your net banking.
I don't see any option to cancel this plan from my net banking account.
Banks fooling people around here now ha?
If anyone from icici bank staff reading i would like to deactivate the one assist plan that you activated in my account. I don't want it.
Cancel it and please refund my money inr 1899.
