[Resolved] ICICI Bank — oneassist consumer solutions please terminate my one assist policy plan

I received a call from icici bank and they gave information about one assist plan after that they activated this plan and deducted rs1899/- from my saving a/c. Without my permission. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap. Apr 4, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved On 3rd April 2019, Rs.1399 are debited from my account again for one assist plan. I have complained about the same last year. Please deactivate the plan and refund my Rs.1399 in my account ASAP. ICICI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
