[Resolved] ICICI Bank — online account opening | |||
I requested savings account opening through online on 22.07.2019. I also requested them i am not able to visit your branch for any cause. They also accepted my request and collected documents. At the time of document collection i told them i need this savings account only for online transactions. I received debit card after 30 days of document collection. Now 39 days gone till i did not get online user id. Seems they collect document from me for to reach their targets only. If they are not able to process online application why they collected documents from me?. They must reject the documents at that time. From two days they are not lifting my phone and did not give answer to my call. Such a worst service from icici. With this so much struggle i decided to close the account. And my doubt is even they are not respond at the time of application, if major problem exist how can they give their service to customer. Please take necessary action against this.
