Day yesterday (06.10.2017) at 4.16 pm my account 3 transaction rs.22848/- deputed (With out my knowledge) in my salary saving account massage received that time i am working company with my hand atm card then immediate customer complaint registered our bank rs no.[protected] on 06.10.2017 at 4.40 pm that time customer care told booked 7 days cash refunded your account and id proof submit your nearest branch bank so i am submitted id proof sriperumbudur branch, but today told not possible refund.

So kindly solve the issue and send me your e mail confirmation report for this complaint action.

That cash only my salary current family run please understand my position.
