Dear sir / ma'am,
Last month (Oct-27) i made online fund transfer from my icici bank to citi bank for rs-46000.00 and the amount is deducted from my icici bank immeditely nor credited to my citi bank account.
Up on discussing with icici bank team, they say this is successful transaction but citi bank team say they havent received fund.
Complaint number : 28964339
I called icici executives, on 30-sep, they asked me wait for a day. And on 31-sep they asked me to email to mail id : customer. [protected]@icicibank.com and [protected]@icicibank.com
I sent email on 01-nov, i got reply email stating its successful transaction. But amount status not aware.
So again i escalated to grivence cell.. On 02-nov they called me on 04-nov and said wil reply by 06-nov.
Mean while i met icici bank person (Koyambedu - chennai branch) they said there is some mistake with internal icici server and amount status not reflected in system and reply by 07-nov.

Up on repeated follow up to "[protected]@icicibank.com" there is continuation reply like they were checking will reply by 2 days, they again 2 days and now at last they were asking for time until nov-16.. Still i havent received any reply.
Can you pls help me in getting my money back.
Note - i transfered money for my bill payment.. But because of this it forced me to close investment for fund payment.. So expecting your support. Was this information helpful? |
