I had made a on-line transaction for BSNL bill on dated 09/11/2010 through ICICI Net banking. Transaction Details are as follow: Mobile No:+91 [protected] Transaction ID:[protected] Invoice No:[protected] Account No:[protected] Amount: Rs 514.78 Transaction Status;Failed Transaction Date:10.12.2016 I had already given a complain for debit of an amount to the same client but that amount is not credited to my account. the same has been repeated this time.
