On 8 feb 2021 a sum of rs 7000 was paid to medlife for purchase of medicines.(payment id pay-gz6rfqlgvxfutv. This payment was not received by medlife. In the normal course of events this payment should have been reverted to my account. Unfortunately this has not happened. I seek your company to sort out the issue.
