[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Online transaction failed- amount debited from my account but not credited to merchant (golden bangles)

I had made a Debit transaction on 17th DEC 2016 through ICICI Debit card.The amount is neither credited to the merchant nor refunded to my account .Kindly look into the issue and let me know when will the money get refunded/returned to my account.
