[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Online transaction fraud | |
I have made three online transactions yesterday 27th april 2016. None of them were credited to the concerned accounts. I called up customer care many times only to hear that they are showing as successful in icici accounts. If the amount is not either credited to concerned party nor to my account within next 2 days iam going to close my icici bank and direct accounts immediately. Losing trust of the customers, also very bad customer care Was this information helpful? | |
