[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Online transfer to Wrong account party

Address:Pune, Maharashtra

I wrongly transferred INR61000 to wrong account holder. I called Customer care and requested the Information on how can they revert this transaction so I will get money back to my account. They said they will need an authorization letter from the person whom I wrongly transferred the money. They also leaned that much of amount so that nobody can withdraw it but its been 3 months now but money is still not back in my account and bank staff is also not supporting me to collect the authorisation letter from that customer. I would your appreciate your help on what else I can do to get my money back. My account is in Maharashtra and the wrong account found to be in Punducherry.
