I have been regular user of online banking, but recently have not used it 2 months or so, my id is deactivated.
Online facility is not available at this time msg is displayed when i try to activate.
Call customer care only seems to be option, which is not good service for a small issue, my account my money and you deactivate without any information, after asking us to fill every detail of ourselves (Address / phone number / email ids etc etc) and not informing, this is bad experience for customer.
