[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — otp is not receiving on international number

Hi, i have recently updated my international mobile number for which i am not receiving otp and transactional alerts. I have called icici bank for more than 10 times they are saying it is with service provider issue. When i contacted my service provider everything looks fine. I am receiving all sms except from icici. Icici service is really worst than ever, they are always trying to escape from problems we are facing. They are not willing identify the root cause rather just escape.
