ICICI Bank — OTP issues | |
I am having ICICI Bank Saving Account since 2007 and due to my job work, I travelled to US. When ever I am tyring to make a transaction, it is requesting OTP and called customer service.I had called customer service in USA and they said they can't able to generate and contact resident customer service. I had contacted them and they told, they are unable to do through online/phone as I have to visit one of the branch in India.
How it is really feasible to visit branch in India to update my contact details. I am wondering, where are we living and how these banks exists with out basic customer needs.
