My registered mobile number [protected].
1) wanted to transfer funds, so continued to register/add a beneficiary.
I logged on to my account thru internet banking facility, and i want to add a beneficiary to icici account and i started it at 5:30am on 11-dec-2019.
2) i had entered all the details successfully and i was taken to next page.
Where otp text box was seen and i read that, "a otp generated & would be sent to my registered mobile number". I waited, waited, waited for 5 minutes. Then i clicked the button "re-generate otp again". This also did not work and never got otp from icici bank. The session page asked me to continue or sign in. I "continued" still i did not get otp for adding a beneficiary, where i can transfer funds. I never got otp on my registered mobile number.
3) for adding a beneficiary, which is an automated process, do icici want to its online customers wait, till banking hours from 10am to 7pm.
4) before 10 am and after 7pm i cannot continue with formal registration of beneficiary process? Was this information helpful? |
