ICICI Bank — Overcharged interest on credit card | |||
Dear All, I am a platinum credit card holder of ICICI bank. During my June 2015 billing statement I was levied overamount interest breaching RBI guidelines. According to RBI interest should be charged on remianing amount if any but ICICI charged on whole amount. How can ICICI charge such under RBI circulars. Due to security reason I am not sharing full number of credit card, its ending with 5003. I have already marked ICICI to have a look and let me have a clarity .If satisfactory resolution will not be provided then I will take this up with RBI.
