ICICI Bank — Overlimit chagres applied on credit card 4345 XXXX XXXX 3001

Dear sir,
Reference ID - 000WBaGNB2EHYXRS
On my ICICI credit card account 4345 XXXX XXXX 3001
They had applied overlimit charges 590 rupees on 21 sept 2021. Although I have not used this card more than it's limit.
It's very unpredictable and horrible.

I request to ICICI for reverting those charges from my credit card as soon as possible.

Updated by Abhishek Udiya Not satisfied resolution provided by ICICI bank support team. They have not reverted over limit charges 590 rupees.
Don't understand overlimit charges, as I didn't do any transaction of more amount which is greater than credit card full limit.

Worst experience - worst bank. It's cheater bank and big issue in their banking software :(

Lastly never recommend ICICI to my friends, colleagues and family member and relatives.
