[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Overlimit fees and gst charged but credit card have enough credit limit

I have icici credit card ending 5005.
on 16 august i was charged rs 681.72 as overlimit charges & rs 122.71 as gst.
i want to tell that my credit card have enough credit limit.
there was some problem with the bank I MOBILE PAY APP.
pls raise my issue with banks senior most officials, top senoir level officials.
pls help me in getting the amount refund including gst.
pls register my complaint with bank solve the issue
